All our products are backed by a 100% Money Back Guarantee, less shipping costs. All return claims must be made within thirty (30) days of placing the order. RibbonBazaar.com is not responsible for damage incurred during return shipping, and the customer is responsible for return shipping costs. If the order is returned poorly packaged and/or the product is returned in poor condition, a 15% restocking fee will be charged on the original, undiscounted order subtotal. A minimum restocking fee of 8% will also be charged on returns for orders that originally qualified for free shipping. Merchandise that has been used, cut, altered, specialized, or otherwise is not in an "as-new" resalable condition cannot be returned for a refund. This includes all merchandise purchased by the yard. We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returning merchandise to us.

Please note that while we recommend requesting samples if you are unsure if a color will match, we do not make any guarantees that a sample's color will exactly match the ribbons ordered from us due to slight color variations resulting from different dye lots.

To return an item, you must obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number from our Return Request page. This number should be clearly written on the outside of the box containing the invoice and merchandise being returned. No returns will be accepted without prior authorization via a valid RMA number.
