I always have great experiences with the products I get through Ribbon Bazaar, and I get quite a lot b/c I am in the stationery business. Every roll we purchased of this product falls apart. The spool itself comes apart in your hands as soon as you remove from the package, and then you have a tangled mess. It took my team 3 hours untangling all of our rolls/spools and the cording itself would be wrapped one way on the spool, then switch directions, so it was super frustrating to work with. The product itself is exactly as pictured and has nice elasticity. The ends don't unravel like most cording/twine would, but I am telling you the spools falling apart and getting tangled just about got the better of our patience! I think if this product was on a different spool or wrapped differently, that would be great!
