I received my order in good condition. The color was beautiful. The only thing I was disappointed in was the wire in the ribbon. The wire was not very heavy and the ribbon slippery and it was hard to work with. I changed the way I made by bows and all worked out well. I probably did not read thereviews well enough.

It was exactly as pictured! I would have given this 5 stars, but when I was cutting one roll of ribbon, a piece was already cut :( Luckily, it matched the length I wanted for a special project I am working on with ribbon. I think this company should make sure the ribbon is not cut before shipping out the ribbon to its customers.

Liked the stiffness of the wire and the color but as I used the roll the ribbon was wrinkled and you could not smooth it out

Color was true to the on line sample. Ribbon is crisp and produces a crisp bow. Easily handled and does not tear or shred or require any special handling Highly satisfied and would recommend this product....plan to purchase more in light pink for bows for a church wedding.
