Great quality, fast service ,great prices

I have been a repeat buyer as this is my go to for ribbon. I always satisfied with how quickly items are shipped. Quality is always great. However, My last couple of purchases with black satin ribbon has been very unpleasant. I purchased on 2 seperate purchases. Both of which were way thinner. I like the thickness of the original I've always purchased as this ribbon now feels cheap and is very hard to handle as its so thin and is wobbly looking. Don't want to penalize for this item but something must be going wrong with the black. I had an old roll and bought another in which was too thin so I then purchased again and same thing. Very unfortunate to my client as they had seen the original with the nice thickness.

My bridesmaid dresses for my wedding are lapis. Lapis is technically a blue, but their dresses are more of a purple. I have had such difficulty finding lapis ribbon that isn't blue. I ordered a yard of a few different sizes to see if it was the right color, and which size I needed. It was the exact color so I decided to order more. The ribbon came so quickly, it was packaged so nice, and I'm so glad that I came across this company. I would recommend them to anyone!!
