My daughter was decorating her shoes for a wedding she was standing up to. Needed this ribbon quick. Perfect color and came in two days, just in time for the wedding. Used it for bows on the backs...looked amazing. This ribbon is high quality.

I've been purchasing from RB for a few months for my business. Most of the time I don't have any issues, but sometimes there's weird stuff going on with the ribbon. Sometimes the last yard or so is creased and folded, leaving me unable to use it. Sometimes it looks like there's like a shimmery glue or something on it for 1-3 yards, leaving me unable to use it. One spool (out of maybe 40 I've ordered in total) has dark blotches in the gray every few inches, and I would like to not waste the whole spool by throwing it out.

I payed 60 dollars for over night shipping to get some ribbon for my sister's wedding, while a representative was on the phone with me and insured me that it would arrive on time. Well it was a week late.
